This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serving as the technical trusted advisor to offer consultative assistance for organizations assessing the JumpCloud platform.
• Delivering customized product demonstrations.
• Identifying customer pain points and challenges while aligning JumpCloud solutions to address those issues.
• Assisting direct and partner sales teams with product-related inquiries and skill enhancement.
• Fostering relationships with partners through technical enablement and collaborative selling.
• Aiding prospects in the setup and configuration of free trials.
• Providing technical Q&A support to prospects during their trial phase.
• Evaluating prospect readiness to transition into a formal sales cycle.
• Comprehending implementation best practices to recommend the fastest route for customers to achieve value.
• Recognizing common technical issues and themes that can be resolved through product development, automation, and/or self-service options.
• Offering an evaluation framework for prospects to utilize during their proof of value (POV).
• 2-5 years of experience in a technical Sales Engineering or a similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Cloud/SaaS technologies.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory environments.
• Familiarity with network architecture.
• Proficient in industry-standard authentication and authorization protocols, such as SAML, OIDC/OAuth, LDAP, and RADIUS.
• Knowledgeable in MDM, RMM, or comparable endpoint solutions.
• Acquainted with MFA technologies like TOTP and WebAuthn.
• Experience in configuring and deploying identity and/or directory solutions.
• Proficient in basic scripting languages such as bash or PowerShell.
• Experience with API integration and automation processes.
• Familiarity with both direct and channel/partner sales cycles.
• Must possess professional fluency (both written and spoken) in Spanish and English.
