This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide guidance to customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Convert customer requests and requirements into actionable development deliverables.
• Keep abreast of the latest competitive products and market opportunities.
• Take ownership of and drive ongoing service improvement plans and quality delivery across the technological stack.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance go-to-market strategies, deliver solution architectures, and boost client acquisition efforts.
• Serve as a bridge between architects, engineers, and customers, interpreting complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity at a SaaS company.
• Proficient in development skills, including APIs and front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React.
• Bilingual with fluent written and spoken skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in translating customer needs into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation abilities tailored to diverse audiences.
• Preferred: Knowledge of security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture and engineering (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations).
