This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to comprehend customer needs and create customized technical solutions.
• Present engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Convert intricate technical concepts into understandable business value for non-technical audiences.
• Address RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries with precise and timely responses.
• Work alongside product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of solutions.
• Offer technical expertise throughout the sales process, from discovery to implementation handover.
• Recognize customer challenges and propose solutions that align with business goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a technical pre-sales position.
• Strong knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g., SaaS platforms, cloud computing, networking, or industry-specific systems).
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple opportunities and priorities concurrently.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies is preferred.
