This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Genetec's software and hardware offerings.
• Identify the most appropriate solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients and partners.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and partners.
• Deliver high-level demonstrations showcasing our complete product portfolio.
• Offer technical assistance to sales teams in alignment with customer specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the technical support team to facilitate a smooth transition between pre-sales and post-sales operations, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions.
• Engage in specialized security trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Author white papers and establish expertise on Genetec solutions.
• Relay technical insights from the field to the upstream Product Management teams.
• Execute complex software implementations.
• Willing to travel 30-40% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in roles involving regular interactions with clients or partners, preferably within a technology-driven security context.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity within an innovative IT or security organization.
• Outstanding oral presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the security market.
• Able to thrive in a multicultural and international setting.
• Background in the security sector within the local region.
• Experience as a security system installer or commissioner as well as a system integrator.
