This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Provide technical consultation and support to our OEMs and end customers in the dairy, brewery, and beverage manufacturing sectors.
• Identify and develop customized solutions for customers.
• Engage in active sales within a territory that has numerous existing clients and considerable growth opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback (VOC – Voice of the Customer) to deepen customer insights and contribute to product development.
• Maintain records of sales activities within the CRM system.
• Monitor and successfully finalize customer projects.
• Preferably possess experience in food production and sales.
• Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for sales and an openness to innovative sales strategies.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, particularly for negotiation purposes.
• Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
• Sales territory: Italy.
