Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discovery discussions with potential clients, converting their requirements into customized platform demonstrations and solution proposals, while managing the technical aspects of the sales process from the initial call to closing.

• Develop and present solutions — encompassing integrations and bespoke workflows — for intricate enterprise, franchise, and multi-location clients, which includes overseeing proof of concept evaluations and addressing RFIs/RFPs.

• Gather client feedback and identify multi-location marketing trends to provide actionable insights for Product and Engineering — acting as the market's voice within the organization.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to guarantee a smooth transition and effective onboarding following the sale.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing position at a B2B SaaS organization — roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Marketing Technology Lead, or Marketing Operations Manager.

• Proven experience working with or directly supporting multi-location brands, franchise systems, regional chains, or agencies that manage clients at scale.

• Practical knowledge of the digital marketing landscape: advertising platforms (Google, Meta), campaign management, tracking, and analytics.

• Experience in implementing or operationalizing software — such as a martech platform rollout, vendor onboarding, or systems implementation across teams or locations.

• Comfortable presenting to a VP of Marketing as well as guiding an operations team through a workflow — you clarify complexity while maintaining essential details.

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth companies, or a history of developing processes while executing tasks, is highly advantageous.
