This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies for the Area to meet sales objectives.
• Evaluate market dynamics and competitor actions to uncover growth opportunities, particularly targeting electricity distribution companies and turnkey contractors.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships focusing on electricity distribution companies and turnkey contractors.
• Identify and chase new business prospects with potential clients.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service and support.
• Support and manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, particularly in South India, including states such as Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the management team at Ensto India.
• Oversee the sales budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's low voltage and medium voltage electricity distribution products and services.
• Offer technical support and advice to both clients and the sales team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience of 1 to 4 years in sales or a comparable position within the electrical or electricity distribution products sector.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations.
• Strong comprehension of electricity distribution and associated electrical products along with their applications.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in data analysis and making informed, data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, IFS, SAP, Teams, and Office 360.
