This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the technical expert on Build Solutions (e.g., Bazel, Chromium) for the sales team and key client partnerships.
• Customer Success: Configure, install, and provide support for EngFlow products, resolve technical issues, and ensure that our solutions align with client requirements.
• Articulate Technology: Effectively convey EngFlow’s technology and value proposition to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels (executive, business, engineering).
• Pre-Sales Support: Conduct technical discovery, offer architectural guidance, and assist in sales initiatives by building robust client relationships.
• Expert Guidance: Provide specialized knowledge in Bazel, Build Systems, distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and IT operations to support clients and prospects.
• Customer Success: Cultivate an environment centered on strategic customer success and feedback to influence product development.
• Sales Outreach: Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, Bazel Slack, GitHub, emails, and other channels to create new sales opportunities.
• Prototyping & Tools: Create prototypes and tools to aid in lead generation and expand the addressable market.
• Hands-on Bazel Experience: Practical experience with Bazel.
• Sales Engineering Experience: Over 4 years in technical pre-sales or sales engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (practitioners are welcome).
• Software Development Proficiency: Strong development skills and a solid understanding of programming concepts.
• Presentation Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills, particularly in technical settings.
• Business & Technical Alignment: Capability to connect business value with technical solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Bazel, Build Technologies, Caching, Remote Execution, DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and scheduling systems.
• Enterprise Experience: Background in implementing software solutions for large, dynamic enterprises.
• Collaborative Team Player: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere, emphasizing exceptional customer experience.
