β€’ Assist in developing the Sales Strategy – Collaborate directly with leadership and product teams to establish our go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and competitive positioning.

β€’ Serve as the Customer’s Technical Advocate – Convert intricate customer requirements into actionable product enhancements.

β€’ Create Scalable Processes – Educate the sales team and assist them in conducting brief demonstrations with potential clients to expedite sales cycles.

β€’ Innovate Demonstrations – Discover new tools and techniques to engage prospects with the product, even without formal demonstrations.

β€’ Cultivate the Culture – As an early team member, you will influence the collaboration dynamics among sales, product, and engineering teams.

β€’ Engage in Hands-On Execution – Conduct technical presentations and proofs-of-concept, refine messaging, develop enablement resources, and assess performance metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Engineer or technical sales position (experience in founding SE/startups is highly advantageous).

β€’ Professional background in facility management software, enterprise restaurant technology, or other sophisticated SaaS solutions.

β€’ Demonstrated capability to articulate product value, influencing both demos and go-to-market strategies.

β€’ Experience in developing value-driven demo strategies, scripts, and large-scale presentations.

β€’ Strong technical skills; quick to learn, clarify, and position complex SaaS solutions effectively.

β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; skilled at translating technical language to non-technical audiences.
