This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the technical and strategic partner for Corn in all discussions with collaborators.
• Assist in qualifying and prioritizing leads to ensure they align with Yearn’s roadmap and Total Value Locked (TVL) objectives.
• Identify new product opportunities and integrations, facilitating their development internally.
• Represent Yearn’s technical perspective at conferences, Twitter Spaces, and various events.
• Aid Corn in monitoring and achieving TVL targets, as Corn is responsible for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure that follow-ups and communications with partners are precise and effective.
• Comprehensive understanding of DeFi protocols and their components, along with Yearn's role within the ecosystem.
• Background in traditional finance (TradFi) with exposure to cryptocurrency is preferred.
• Capability to align technical expertise with partner requirements and overall business strategy.
• Comfortable working within decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) environments that emphasize trust and contributor accountability.
• Eagerness to engage with the community across platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and in-person at events.
