This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive (AE), Business Development Representative (BDR), and sales management to qualify deals.
• Conduct Discovery meetings to understand the customer's business needs and technical landscape alongside the BDR.
• Communicate to both the Opportunity Team and the customer usage scenarios that demonstrate the desired business value.
• Utilize Dataiku to showcase the business value reflected in the usage scenarios.
• Design and execute Dataiku demonstrations that effectively illustrate the application of data science techniques within our software to achieve the necessary customer value.
• Plan and implement Proof-Of-Concepts (POC) and evaluations by coordinating resources and co-developing data science projects with prospective customers, guiding the team to validate that Dataiku offers superior value compared to competitors.
• Provide technical guidance and answer questions from the customer's technical team regarding the demonstrated solution.
• Support sales pipeline development activities, including participation in live and/or virtual trade shows and industry conferences, collaborating with marketing and partners on campaign design and execution, as well as other tasks assigned by sales and pre-sales management.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Milan, Italy.
• Fluent in English; fluent/native in Spanish and Italian.
• Strong natural and intellectual curiosity, particularly regarding technology's application in solving various problems.
• Preferred experience in data science, analytics, or big data markets.
• Over 5 years of experience with predictive modeling and a solid understanding of relational data structures and SQL.
• Proficiency in Python/R is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software.
• Experience in technical pre-sales or other client-facing positions (consulting, etc.).
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of customer teams, from individual contributors to C-level executives, and/or a passion for public speaking.
