This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities with MSP and MSSP partners.
• Offer technical expertise throughout the sales process, which includes presentations, demonstrations, and in-depth technical discussions.
• Train and empower MSP and MSSP partners on Cynet’s platform, ensuring they are well-prepared to deploy and support the solution for their clients.
• Work alongside partners to design and tailor security solutions that address the unique requirements of their customer base utilizing Cynet’s platform.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), oversee evaluations, and assist partners in effectively showcasing Cynet's capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to MSP and MSSP partners by providing continuous enablement, addressing technical inquiries, and helping to resolve technical sales challenges.
• Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, offering valuable insights to product management and engineering to enhance Cynet’s platform and meet market needs.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in cybersecurity and managed security services, ensuring partners are aware of how Cynet remains ahead of emerging threats.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering position, ideally within the cybersecurity domain.
• Proven experience collaborating with MSPs and MSSPs is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint protection, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat detection/response.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in conducting technical product demonstrations and PoCs.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, network security, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
