• Develop a benchmark demo strategy that effectively supports the company's vision for Privilege Access Management Solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers to enhance our interaction with client stakeholders.
• Execute exceptional Proof of Value (PoV) / Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives that reinforce the value and uniqueness of Delinea solutions.
• Create innovative ideas and programs to stimulate pipeline growth within the ESP target customer segment.
• Utilize public speaking, industry insights, and social media platforms to increase awareness and generate pipeline.
• Clearly communicate the Delinea vision and strategy to prospects, customers, and partners.
• Be a strategic thinker who continuously seeks sales techniques and strategies that can provide Delinea with a competitive edge.
• Identify industry trends that present growth opportunities for Delinea's business.
• Resolve technical obstacles that hinder the closing of sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management to convey feature requests and suggestions based on feedback from the market, customers, and prospects.
• Proven examples of relationship building with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate business and technical metrics to support the development of business cases for clients.
• High proficiency in cloud-computing technologies, containers, and confidence in enhancing customer discussions regarding the value of Delinea products in these areas.
• Experience with MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and a strong understanding of UNIX/Linux.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols, including SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, Certificate, PKI, and Kerberos.
• The capability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders will be essential in this role.
• Ability to express a viewpoint on the convergence of PAM, IAM, IGA, CIEM, DREAM, and other related aspects of comprehensive Identity and Access Management.
• Working knowledge of, and ideally experience with, CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Sailpoint, Saviynt, Forgerock, OneIdentity, Okta, Ping, or other vendors within the Identity & Privilege Access Management sector.
