This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Create specification sales for the Carrier range of HVAC equipment, including Chillers and Heat Pumps.
• Discover and develop new business opportunities while enhancing sales of finished products and related services.
• Expand the Carrier business by executing a strategy that focuses on sales through the M&E contractor and Distributor channels, as well as specifications through consultants, main Contractors, and end-user clients.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, which will require travel.
• Handle reporting and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the existing direct sales teams to increase market share and visibility within the designated sales region.
• Technical expertise in the HVAC sector, particularly in hydronic chilled water and heating applications.
• Proven sales experience in HVAC, working with related installing contractors, M&E’s, and/or specification consultants.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and client interactions, set objectives, and track progress.
• Proficient presentation skills and the ability to lead meetings.
• Knowledge of competitors in the market.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Office applications.
• Highly competitive base salary.
• Uncapped OTE € 20,000 sales bonus (with accelerator).
