This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engaging new customers in product sales
• Nurturing relationships with existing customers to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction
• Gaining expertise in the product landscape to become a technical authority
• Assessing leads’ needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Creating compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition
• Relaying customer use cases to the product development team
• Providing training for customer teams on the product and identifying process issues
• Meeting monthly sales targets
• Overseeing all elements of Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Recognizing areas for improvement to enhance sales efficiency
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Capability to explain complex concepts in a clear and creative manner
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
