This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Facilitate consultative discovery sessions to guide enterprise clients on infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and operational automation — ensuring DDI architectures are aligned with real business outcomes across hybrid, multi-cloud, and distributed environments.
• Assist customers in transitioning legacy network services into API-driven, automated platforms, offering actionable recommendations on DNS, DHCP, IPAM, security integrations, and best practices for orchestration.
• Take ownership of proof-of-value engagements from start to finish, crafting integrated solutions that showcase automation results, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and infrastructure resilience using BlueCat and complementary technologies.
• Support clients with Infrastructure-as-Code strategies, automation frameworks, and API-driven integrations — delivering technical workshops, architecture assessments, and executive presentations to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure smooth transitions from evaluation through deployment, adoption, and expansion.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to influence product direction, contribute to technical enablement resources, and voice field insights in strategic decisions.
• Oversee engagement activities in Salesforce, function effectively in a remote-first environment, travel for key customer engagements as necessary, and continually enhance expertise in automation, AI-assisted operations, and modern enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking principles — including DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network infrastructure operations — with practical experience in hybrid and multi-cloud settings.
• Hands-on experience with API-driven infrastructure, automation frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, and orchestration technologies applied to real-world enterprise scenarios.
• Knowledge of cloud networking architectures, network security strategies, Linux/UNIX administration, scripting, virtualization, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience in integrating infrastructure platforms with cloud service providers, security tools, orchestration platforms, or broader IT operations ecosystems — familiarity with AI-assisted operations and infrastructure intelligence is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated consultative and advisory capabilities with the ability to lead technical strategy discussions involving architects, operations teams, and executive stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — adept at conveying complex infrastructure concepts into clear business value narratives for diverse audiences across Sales, Product, Engineering, and C-suite levels.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales engineering, infrastructure/network engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing architecture roles, alongside a Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; comfortable in a remote-first setting with moderate travel.
