This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Collaborate with our Enterprise sales team throughout the entire sales process, from initial discovery to closing deals.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert during client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to grasp customer requirements, infrastructure, and business objectives.
• Design and propose solutions that align with customer needs and our enterprise offerings.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution overviews to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate with sales to address technical inquiries, respond to RFPs, and conduct security or architecture reviews as necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, implementation) to ensure solution feasibility.
• Assist with proof-of-concept initiatives and pre-sales validation when needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical pre-sales role.
• Strong grasp of enterprise telecommunications technology solutions and complex sales landscapes; expertise in SIP, VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, etc.
• Proficient in translating technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging for various stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating directly with sales teams in client-facing situations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple opportunities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
