Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical exploration and design of CCaaS solutions.

• Design and showcase solutions that incorporate AI/ML services.

• Develop and present engaging product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.

• Serve as a reliable technical consultant for the sales team and client executives.

• Keep an expert-level understanding of the CCaaS competitive environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture position.

• A minimum of 6 years concentrated specifically on the CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center sector.

• Extensive hands-on experience in designing and presenting modern cloud contact center reference architectures.

• Demonstrated capability to convey the significance of AI in customer experience.

• Proficiency in mapping and designing comprehensive customer journeys.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CPaaS concepts.

• Practical experience in creating complex workflows using orchestration tools or low-code/no-code platforms.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and whiteboarding abilities.
