This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Assume complete responsibility for prospecting, providing quotations, managing sales, and successfully completing contracts profitably within the designated Sumatera territory.
• Collaborate with clients to finalize and authorize specifications, which will lead to the quotation and tendering processes.
• Meet established sales targets within the specified territory.
• Comprehend customer needs and offer appropriate sales and marketing support.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and efficiently process orders.
• Identify and report on potential new markets, industries, and opportunities within the Sumatra area.
• Develop and maintain an order pipeline using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Deliver regular ARI product training and conduct seminars for clients.
• Report on progress against the sales plan both verbally and in written form.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Preferably, experience in sales within the valve-related industry.
• Proficient English language skills are required.
• Strong knowledge and experience in distributor and OEM business are necessary.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, along with strong negotiation and closing abilities to drive sales.
• Excellent presentation skills for ARI products and services to clients.
• A willingness to continue your education in sales and engineering.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
• Project management skills are crucial, as we handle numerous major projects.
