This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue goals and enhance our market presence in the nitric acid sector and designated regions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as plant engineers, project managers, and procurement specialists.
• Utilize a comprehensive knowledge of alloy materials, corrosion resistance, and industry-specific challenges to offer technical solutions that meet client requirements.
• Assist clients in navigating Alloy Engineering’s product range, showcasing the advantages of our solutions for their specific applications.
• Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to uncover new opportunities and sustain a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and production teams to ensure customer needs align with Alloy Engineering’s capabilities and production timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, ideally within the chemical, nitric acid, or metals/alloys sectors.
• Demonstrated success in a sales capacity, with a focus on solution-based and consultative selling practices.
• Strong comprehension of the nitric acid industry and the uses of high-performance alloys.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel within North America and globally as required.
