This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Drive new business initiatives and enhance OEM market presence.
• Expand B&R's comprehensive product range by identifying and pursuing both new and existing sales opportunities.
• Meet sales targets at key accounts while formulating targeted strategies.
• Deliver detailed technical presentations and engage in discussions.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements in collaboration with the internal B&R team for smooth execution.
• Offer outstanding sales support to current customers.
• Launch new products and provide technical training sessions.
• Organize workflows and meetings to consistently meet customer deadlines.
• Represent B&R at trade shows, seminars, and product demonstrations.
• Keep Salesforce entries current and monitor after-sales support and maintenance activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in customer service or direct marketing, ideally within the electrical/automation sector.
• Proven excellence in organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on preventing errors and resolving issues.
• Exceptional sense of priorities and outstanding phone and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
