This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process to enhance technical validation and bolster customer confidence.
• Conduct demonstrations, workshops, architecture discussions, and in-depth technical analyses.
• Oversee the execution of Proof of Value (POV) initiatives and liaise with customer technical teams.
• Assist customers in grasping exploitability, runtime risk, and strategies for compensating controls.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders in security, cloud, infrastructure, and engineering.
• Facilitate integrations with ecosystems related to cloud, observability, and security tools.
• Offer technical insights to product and engineering teams informed by customer interactions.
• Provide technical enablement support for key partners like AWS and Grafana.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable technical sales motions, deployment methodologies, and customer best practices.
• Experience as a customer-facing Solutions Engineer in cloud security, Application Security (AppSec), runtime security, or DevSecOps.
• Strong technical expertise with the capacity to simplify complex concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles, technical evaluations, POVs, and production deployments.
• Knowledge of AWS environments, Kubernetes/EKS, WAF technologies, runtime detection and response, APIs, modern application architectures, and SIEM/observability platforms (such as Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, etc.).
• Background with AppSec vendors, runtime security / CNAPP vendors, WAF or API security firms, observability or cloud infrastructure companies, or Kubernetes/cloud-native security providers.
• Excels in an early-stage environment — comfortable with ambiguity, quick-paced work, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Preferable: Previous startup experience.
• Familiarity with runtime security or ADR technologies.
• Experience with AWS Marketplace or cloud partner ecosystems.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation.
• Background in security operations, AppSec, or cloud engineering.
