This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist throughout the entire sales process, emphasizing technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution design.
• Take ownership of the technical components of RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires, guaranteeing that responses are both precise and persuasive.
• Conduct in-depth technical discussions and integration scoping sessions with potential clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for technical stakeholders, converting intricate requirements into straightforward solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that feedback from prospects shapes our development roadmap.
• Create and present customized technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist the sales team in navigating compliance, security, and operational assessments.
• 4–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales, preferably in cryptocurrency, large fintech, or payments sectors.
• Strong knowledge of institutional cryptocurrency infrastructure (custody, wallets, trading, payments) and fundamental blockchain concepts.
• Capability to interact with both executive leaders and technical teams, transforming business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated success in supporting complex enterprise sales processes and facilitating the closure of substantial deals.
• Experience in responding to RFPs and leading technical assessments.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, remote startup environment.
