This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training process for new SDR recruits focusing on outbound sales strategies, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide coaching to SDRs and SDR Team Leads regarding calls, messaging techniques, and handling objections.
• Develop and update straightforward training materials, playbooks, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules.
• Ensure adherence to lead management protocols, outreach sequencing, and best practices for CRM utilization by SDRs.
• Evaluate SDR performance and deliver focused coaching and retraining as necessary.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure training is aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline objectives.
• Previous experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or SDR Team Lead within a BPO, call center, or a high-volume outbound sales setting.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring SDRs, whether formally or informally.
• Solid understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification processes, and CRM applications.
• Ability to thrive in structured, process-oriented sales environments.
• Essential: Experience working fully remotely, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience with US- or UK-based companies.
