This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Participate in both live and recorded calls to identify specific points where deals are being lost.
• Revise the copy, scripts, and sequences that are underperforming and demonstrate the effectiveness of the new versions.
• Conduct A/B testing on sales emails, call introductions, demo presentations, and strategies such as personalized videos — retain the successful ones and discard the ineffective.
• Develop and optimize outbound cadences ensuring that representatives follow up at the appropriate time, through the correct channel, and with the suitable message.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to representatives during actual calls and create an objection-handling playbook tailored to our market — then practice it until it becomes second nature.
• Create a video training series along with self-service modules that include assessments, enabling new representatives to ramp up quickly while allowing experienced representatives to continually refine their skills.
• Have a proven track record in personally selling and closing deals — preferably in outbound/high-volume B2B — with demonstrable results.
• Capable of writing compelling sales copy that converts and can articulate the reasons behind its effectiveness.
• Comfortable on camera and able to produce clear training videos independently, without the need for a production team.
• Skilled in structuring A/B tests, interpreting results honestly, and making informed decisions based on those results.
• Able to coach effectively without diminishing confidence — you enhance representatives’ skills and self-assurance.
• Act swiftly: a diagnosis translates into a practical solution within hours, not weeks.
• Proficient in using a CRM (Hubspot preferred) and a sales sequencing tool.
• Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services; familiarity with Pipedrive or CRM automation; video editing; sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead); and previous sales enablement assets (playbooks, battle cards, certification programs).
