This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Participate in both live and recorded calls to identify the exact points where deals are being lost.
β’ Revise the copy, scripts, and sequences that are underperforming, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the new versions.
β’ Conduct A/B testing on sales emails, call introductions, demo presentations, and strategies such as personalized video β retain the effective methods and discard the ineffective ones.
β’ Develop and refine outbound cadences to ensure representatives follow up at optimal times, using appropriate channels and messages.
β’ Provide one-on-one coaching to representatives during actual calls and create an objection-handling playbook tailored for our market β then practice it until it becomes second nature.
β’ Create a series of video training sessions and self-service modules with assessments, enabling new representatives to onboard quickly and experienced representatives to continue enhancing their skills.
β’ Have direct experience in selling and closing deals β preferably in outbound/high-volume B2B β and be able to present your performance metrics.
β’ Craft sales copy that effectively converts and articulate the reasons behind its success.
β’ Be comfortable appearing on camera and able to produce high-quality training videos independently, without a production team.
β’ Understand how to design an A/B test, interpret the results objectively, and make informed decisions based on the findings.
β’ Deliver coaching in a constructive manner β ensuring representatives feel improved and more self-assured.
β’ Act swiftly: convert diagnoses into actionable solutions in hours rather than weeks.
β’ Be proficient with CRM systems (Hubspot plus) and sales sequencing tools.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services; familiarity with Pipedrive or CRM automations; skills in video editing; knowledge of sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead); and prior experience with sales enablement materials (playbooks, battle cards, certification programs).
