This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion: Define the scope, construct, test, and launch enablement initiatives, applying the RASCI model to outline roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority among stakeholders.
• Oversee timelines and priorities: Detail the necessary steps to finalize projects, prioritize competing initiatives, and employ project roadmaps and task trackers to meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Gather and articulate requirements: Establish requirements for technology pilots, new tools, and solutions; clearly communicate with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration: Uphold the collaboration process with Enablement Leads, Sales Leadership (Managers/Directors), and cross-functional partners to foster a constructive feedback loop.
• Conduct advanced and ongoing training: Lead continued education and advanced sales training sessions for experienced representatives and leadership audiences, leveraging personal sales and/or management experience to establish credibility and authority.
• Create an engaging learning environment and deliver with excellence: Ensure training is enjoyable, interactive, and relevant while facilitating sales training sessions. Utilize various delivery methods such as facilitation, social learning, gamification, demonstrations, role-plays, and e-learning.
• Adapt facilitation for diverse audiences: Confidently lead training sessions for both representatives and leadership, adjusting depth and tone based on the audience's needs.
• Provide training feedback and analyze data trends: Share insights and findings on training effectiveness in ongoing Enablement meetings to continuously enhance programming.
• Develop ongoing programs and content: Take charge of creating and maintaining programming and learning pathways.
• Establish new training initiatives as necessary: Oversee the implementation of processes and training materials through Yelp's learning management system (Exceed).
• Proactively research new technology/tools for Enablement.
• Evaluate and report on training effectiveness: Manage survey results, monitor completion rates, and generate reports to compile data for the sales leadership team.
• Provide data-driven recommendations: Offer suggestions for the ongoing maintenance and updates of the programs you oversee. Collaborate with Training Directors and Enablement Leads to enhance programs.
• Proven sales expertise that establishes credibility when training seasoned representatives and leaders.
• Ability to draw on past sales experiences to enhance content and build trust with learners.
• Strong project management capabilities: Demonstrated proficiency in scoping, planning, and executing projects end-to-end using frameworks like RASCI, with limited oversight.
• In-depth understanding of Yelp Ads.
• Engaging presenter and confident public speaker in virtual settings: Articulate, quick-thinking, and capable of effectively managing a room of experienced sellers and leaders.
• Strong technical skills for supporting remote facilitation (Google Meet), proficient in AI applications, CRM (Salesforce) expertise, and a willingness to research and support new enablement technologies/tools.
• High emotional intelligence: Capable of receiving, internalizing, and constructively implementing feedback.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in instructor-led sales enablement, training, L&D, or project management (preferred, not mandatory).
• Management experience to lead leadership training sessions with authority and to support leadership-related projects (preferred, not mandatory).
