This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the complete logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff, which includes venue sourcing, contracting, coordinating speakers, managing attendee registration, producing materials, providing visa support, and ensuring on-site execution.
• Monitor the SKO budget, oversee vendor contracts, and facilitate approval workflows with Finance and Leadership.
• Plan and carry out quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, managing the process from initial scoping to the post-event wrap-up.
• Serve as the operational point of contact between Sales Enablement and various cross-functional partners — including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, People Ops, and Finance.
• Anticipate dependencies and obstacles across different workstreams, and escalate risks to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by overseeing user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking, and completion reporting.
• Ensure the Knowledge Management System (Confluence) is current by maintaining landing pages, archiving outdated content, and applying brand guidelines consistently across all pages.
• Create and distribute surveys following events and programs; analyze feedback to provide actionable insights for the enablement team.
• Generate reports on participation, completion, and engagement across enablement programs.
• Ensure data accuracy across tracking systems by identifying and proactively resolving gaps or anomalies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, training administration, or a comparable operational role.
• Practical experience in coordinating either internal or external events, ideally involving large-scale programs with over 100 participants.
• Strong project management and operational execution capabilities, with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams, deadlines, milestones, and details concurrently.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities, employing a structured approach to timelines, priorities, resources, and follow-ups.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style when engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• High attention to detail, coupled with the ability to think pragmatically about logistics, risks, dependencies, and potential second-order consequences.
• A strong sense of ownership and execution discipline, with the capacity to fulfill commitments and proactively address obstacles.
