This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the complete logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff, including venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker coordination, attendee registration, material production, visa assistance, and on-site management.
• Monitor the SKO budget, oversee vendor agreements, and manage approval processes in collaboration with Finance and Leadership.
• Organize and implement quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, from initial planning to post-event evaluations.
• Serve as the operational liaison between Sales Enablement and various cross-functional teams — including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, People Ops, and Finance.
• Anticipate interdependencies and potential obstacles across projects; promptly escalate risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking, and reporting on completions.
• Keep the Knowledge Management System (Confluence) current: update landing pages, archive outdated content, and ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all pages.
• Create and circulate post-event and post-program surveys; analyze the feedback and provide actionable insights for the enablement team.
• Generate reports on participation, completion, and engagement metrics across enablement initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity within tracking systems; proactively identify and rectify gaps or discrepancies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, training administration, or a comparable operational role.
• Proven experience in organizing internal or external events, particularly large-scale programs with over 100 participants.
• Strong project management and operational execution capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams, deadlines, milestones, and intricate details simultaneously.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with a systematic approach to managing timelines, priorities, resources, and follow-ups.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of adjusting your communication style when engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• High attention to detail and the capacity to think pragmatically about logistics, risks, dependencies, and potential second-order effects.
• Strong sense of ownership and execution discipline, able to follow through on commitments and proactively eliminate obstacles.
• Resilience under pressure, maintaining quality and composure during high-volume deadlines and conflicting priorities.
• Comfort in a dynamic environment with a developing Sales Enablement function.
• Experience in sales, commercial, or SaaS settings.
• Familiarity with LMS or Knowledge Management tools such as Confluence, Notion, Sana, or similar platforms.
• Experience in budget management, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, or approval processes with Finance.
• Data literacy and reporting experience, including analysis of participation rates, survey outcomes, certification completion, or engagement metrics.
• Experience utilizing GenAI or AI-driven productivity tools to optimize content creation, reporting, data processing, or operational workflows.
• Exposure to large sales teams or distributed international teams.
