This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• This position focuses on empowering the Sales Team and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilizing advanced tools such as HubSpot and Apollo to improve organizational efficiency. Expertise in enhancing CRM databases is crucial for effective outreach by Business Development Representatives (BDRs). A demonstrated history of refining sales processes to boost productivity and success is vital.
• Main Responsibilities:
• - Manage the enrichment of leads and related processes, encompassing data management and system analysis.
• - Supervise HubSpot CRM management and assist the sales team with the assignment and reassignment of leads.
• - Conduct research using Apollo and LinkedIn to enhance lead information.
• - Ensure data quality by monitoring, deduplicating records, and addressing inconsistencies within the CRM.
• - Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights for the sales and marketing teams.
• - Integrate sales tools like RingCentral to ensure accurate and synchronized reporting.
• - Actively source and refine new leads to guarantee data accuracy and relevance.
• - Identify inefficiencies within existing HubSpot workflows and propose enhancements.
• - Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests, task assignments to BDRs, and follow-up on leads.
• - Collaborate across various departments to streamline communication and data transfers.
• **Minor Responsibilities:**
• - Conduct calibration sessions and participate in meetings to promote effective communication.
• - Engage with BDRs to address their inquiries and assist with lead-related tasks.
• - Aid in training new team members and provide ongoing support post-training for sustained success.
• - Report KPIs, tools utilized, and the overall status of the department to key stakeholders.
• ***Education:***
• - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or other related programs.
• ***Required Work Experience:***
• - A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales.
• - At least 6 months of CRM experience.
• - 1-2 years of experience in client success is preferred.
• - 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end sales is preferred.
