📋 Description

• Assist in the operations of sales enablement by coordinating and communicating cross-functional sales projects that provide business value and enhance processes.

• Contributes to the goals of the sales team by identifying operational challenges through analysis of sales data and feedback from various business verticals.

• Enhances sales enablement initiatives, which include onboarding materials, training content, sales playbooks, and collateral.

• Works in partnership with sales leadership to determine training needs and develops comprehensive training plans to address skill deficiencies and boost sales performance.

• Offers strategic and predictive insights to address business and sales-related challenges using organizational knowledge, sales metrics, and best practices in enablement.

• Manages cross-functional sales enablement initiatives designed to improve value creation, enhance processes, and assess the effectiveness of initiatives through metrics and feedback.

• Provides continuous support to the sales team by responding to inquiries, offering guidance, and facilitating access to necessary resources as required.

• Acts as a point of contact for internal clients, operations personnel, senior management, and team members regarding assigned projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, sales operations, marketing, or consulting.

• Highly adaptable and resilient to change, with the ability to quickly adjust as priorities, strategies, or business demands shift.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, with hands-on experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Tableau.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
