This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Implement the enablement strategy for the global Business Development team.
• Take ownership of role-specific onboarding initiatives, which include curriculum design, facilitation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Design and deliver training focused on cold calling techniques, handling objections, conducting account research, qualifying leads, positioning value, and converting meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Development leaders to pinpoint performance gaps and create tailored enablement programs.
• Utilize Attention to recognize coaching opportunities, reinforce best practices, and enhance behavior adoption.
• Develop and maintain learning pathways, playbooks, certifications, and enablement materials within Highspot and other enablement platforms.
• Assist with change management efforts related to product launches, process updates, messaging revisions, and new business initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of enablement through performance metrics, feedback, and business results.
• Contribute to ongoing sales communications, training schedules, and enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and GTM Leadership to support critical business initiatives and enhance seller effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles, including direct support for high-performing BDR, SDR, or outbound prospecting teams.
• Proven experience in creating onboarding and continuous development programs for prospecting teams.
• Experience in facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions for sales teams.
• Familiarity with sales enablement and productivity tools (e.g., Highspot, Attention).
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in a high-growth startup setting is preferred.
• Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into scalable enablement programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
