This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions with both inside and outside sales representatives.
• Analyze sales calls, customer interactions, and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Offer structured feedback concentrating on objection handling, closing techniques, urgency creation, and effective customer communication.
• Enhance close rates, appointment conversion rates, and overall sales consistency throughout the organization.
• Develop and manage quality assurance processes for both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Review recorded calls and provide actionable coaching feedback.
• Identify recurring objections, performance trends, and process inefficiencies that affect conversions.
• Set performance benchmarks and standards for accountability.
• Create onboarding materials and continuous training programs for sales team members.
• Develop SOPs, scripts, sales frameworks, and enablement resources.
• Facilitate roleplay sessions, mock sales calls, and workshops to boost execution and confidence.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, service offerings, and sales processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance lead handling workflows and sales operations.
• Optimize follow-up systems, lead routing, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks that hinder speed-to-lead and conversion performance.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and sales performance reporting.
• Act as a trusted mentor and resource for the sales team.
• Cultivate a high-performance and accountability-driven sales culture.
• Work closely with leadership to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
• Enhance communication and collaboration between inside and outside sales teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, sales training, or sales management roles.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching sales teams and improving conversion rates.
• Experience in inbound lead environments and high-volume sales processes.
• Prior experience in home services, pest control, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or other service-based industries is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of sales psychology, objection handling, and consultative sales methods.
• Proficient in analyzing sales metrics to identify coaching opportunities.
• Experience in conducting call reviews and executing QA frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Background in creating SOPs, training documentation, and refining sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRMs, sales tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership presence with the capability to build trust and secure team buy-in.
• Operational mindset focused on systems, consistency, and measurable improvements.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
