This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to quickly and effectively integrate new employees.
• Develop and sustain sales playbooks that align with buyer journeys and various sales stages.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the sales organization.
• Design and deliver ongoing training programs aimed at enhancing representative performance and skill development.
• Establish coaching frameworks for frontline managers to promote best practices.
• Evaluate and enhance representative effectiveness through performance analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps and set enablement priorities.
• Create and maintain enablement materials, including talk tracks, objection handling guides, and discovery frameworks.
• Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and certifications to reinforce learning.
• Collect feedback from representatives and leadership to continuously improve enablement initiatives.
• Ensure the adoption of established sales methodologies and processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure alignment.
• Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a Sales role within a B2B SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering onboarding and training programs.
• Experience in creating and implementing sales playbooks and methodologies.
• A track record of enhancing sales performance and representative productivity.
• Experience in close collaboration with Sales leadership and frontline managers.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer behaviors, and deal dynamics.
• Experience in coaching sales teams and supporting manager-led development.
• Familiarity with enablement tools such as Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly, and Showpad.
• Experience in collaborating with Marketing and Product teams on messaging strategies.
• Background in a high-growth or scaling SaaS environment is preferred.
• Deep understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, and SPIN.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, stages, and conversion drivers.
• Ability to design engaging and effective learning experiences and training content.
• Proficient in coaching techniques and adult learning principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
• Familiarity with enablement metrics such as ramp time, win rates, and productivity.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and alignment skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple programs and initiatives concurrently.
• Passionate about developing individuals and enhancing performance.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing across various organizational levels.
