Sales Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Program Management: Take charge of the daily oversight and execution of our worldwide and ongoing revenue enablement learning initiatives. You will guarantee a uniform and high-quality learning experience for all teams, irrespective of their location.

• Content Curation & Delivery: Collaborate with our Coupa Learning Product Development team to manage and refresh existing enablement materials while working with subject matter experts to develop new, pertinent content. You will also be tasked with delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and online.

• Logistics & Coordination: Partner closely with leaders to organize training schedules, prepare participants for sessions, and manage the logistics of program implementation. This encompasses overseeing our learning platforms and ensuring that all resources are readily accessible.

• Data & Metrics: Monitor and evaluate key metrics to gauge the effectiveness of our programs. You will leverage this data to provide insights and make improvement recommendations to leadership.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively collect feedback from trainers and participants to pinpoint areas for enhancement. You will strive to continuously refine our programs to align with changing business needs and industry benchmarks.

• Travel: This position necessitates up to 25% domestic and international travel to facilitate in-person training events and team meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an enablement, learning and development, or training capacity, ideally within a software company.

• Prior sales experience is crucial.

• Proven experience in managing and delivering learning programs for a global audience.

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and their application in a corporate training setting.

• In-depth understanding of revenue best practices including MEDDPICC, commercial sales methodologies, and the tools that support these sales motions, such as Salesforce and Clari.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and revenue enablement tools like HighSpot is a plus.

• A collaborative and proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
