This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Oversee the implementation of the Advanced Staining strategy in indirect markets, closely collaborating with Regional Sales Managers and aligning with regional priorities.
• Serve as a commercial facilitator and strategic partner to distributors, aiding in prioritization, opportunity development, and the execution of key deals and projects.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives in targeted markets, which include portfolio conversions, reagent agreements, reference site development, and complex customer interactions.
• Enhance distributor commercial capabilities, optimize go-to-market execution, improve funnel quality, and ensure forecast accuracy for Advanced Staining.
• Assist in budgeting and multi-year planning, acting as a liaison between indirect markets, SU NEE, and BU by providing structured market insights and competitive feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Robust commercial and technical expertise in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences, ideally within indirect sales frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of Immunohistochemistry, including market dynamics and foundational technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Advanced Staining and histopathology.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, encompassing pricing strategies, margins, forecasting, and tender-driven business practices.
• Capability to influence and function effectively within a matrix organization without having direct authority.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, along with the ability to work autonomously in a remote, field-based capacity.
• Proficiency in Danish or Swedish is an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing and growing business through indirect sales channels, including distributor and partner networks.
• Valid work permit.
