This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Streamline the ramp-up duration for new sales personnel and enhance the speed-to-productivity throughout AE/SE onboarding.
• Elevate the uniformity and quality of discovery, positioning, and deal execution within the sales organization.
• Achieve measurable improvements in representative performance by instituting scalable coaching, certification, and enablement initiatives.
• Develop a repeatable sales playbook framework that enhances forecast accuracy and execution in multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions.
• Foster robust feedback mechanisms between sales, product, marketing, and customer success to consistently refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish a data-driven enablement function directly linked to revenue metrics such as pipeline generation, sales cycle velocity, quota achievement, and win rate.
• Elevate the baseline performance of the team while allowing top performers to disseminate best practices throughout the organization.
• 5–8 years of overall experience in sales, enablement, or revenue operations, with 2–4 years in closing or technical sales positions (AE/SE experience is highly preferred).
• Proven experience in high-growth SaaS or infrastructure companies operating within the $10M–$100M ARR range.
• Expertise in developing scalable onboarding, enablement, and coaching programs for AE/SE teams.
• Strong grasp of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and value selling.
• Experience in crafting sales playbooks, discovery frameworks, and multi-stakeholder deal strategies.
• Proficient in creating positioning, talk tracks, objection handling techniques, and competitive battlecards.
• Familiarity with revenue and enablement platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, and Seismic.
