This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Assisting in the creation and execution of ongoing training programs, which encompass onboarding and leadership development initiatives.
• Engaging in the planning and implementation of a worldwide Sales training event, collaborating closely within the global Sales & Technical Enablement team.
• Aiding governance processes by organizing materials, liaising with teams, updating spreadsheets, and effectively monitoring schedules, calendars, and deadlines.
• Must be currently enrolled in a Business, Communications, or a related field, with plans to continue studies after the internship and graduating no earlier than December 2026.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AI tools.
• Ability to thrive in an exciting and fast-paced work setting.
• Skilled in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for tasks related to design creation.
• A team-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
