This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate sales enablement and ensure field readiness.
• Oversee commercial coordination and deal execution (Deal Desk).
• Manage RFP and procurement response processes.
• Enhance systems, processes, and operational scalability.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, or a similar go-to-market support role in a B2B technology environment.
• Proven track record of managing intricate cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, operational processes, or systems that boost team productivity and execution efficiency.
• Experience in supporting contracts, approvals, commercial processes, procurement activities, or intricate enterprise sales cycles.
• Familiarity with coordinating RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, security questionnaires, or other customer procurement needs.
• Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of modern revenue technology platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, CPQ, or contract management systems.
