This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The Sales Enablement team will serve as the central point of contact between SLG and our clients, facilitating follow-up meetings, ensuring the execution of action plans, and assisting in implementing strategies aimed at transforming the client's commercial operations into a success story.
• Responsible for delivering support materials and conducting training on the sales process.
• Conduct diagnostics of commercial operations, recommending improvements and new processes.
• Lead weekly meetings with clients to ensure the execution of action plans.
• Provide ongoing training on sales techniques to the sales teams of SLG's clients.
• Develop support materials for sales teams, including sales playbooks, prospecting cadences, and objection handling techniques.
• Guide clients in budgeting and selecting tools for CRM, messaging, and VOIP.
• Oversee the implementation of CRM tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Clint, Kommo, and others.
• Ensure that clients' sales teams are aligned with best sales practices.
• Monitor the evolution of clients' sales team KPIs and provide strategic reports.
• Support the recruitment and training of new sales teams when necessary.
• Actively participate in the company's internal management rituals.
• Completed high school education.
• Mastery of sales processes, marketing strategies, and automation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Bitrix, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Clint, Kommo, and others) and conversational marketing platforms.
• Previous experience in developing sales playbooks and commercial scripts.
• Knowledge of task organization tools such as Clickup, Notion, and Trello.
• Proficient in diagnosing commercial operations and managing performance indicators (KPIs).
• Skilled in training commercial teams.
• Experience in Sales Enablement - Sales Training.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead meetings and training sessions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
• Desirable requirements: A higher education degree in commercial areas, administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in commercial consulting or in commercial management roles.
• Knowledge or experience in Sales Operations.
• Participation in recruitment processes for commercial hires.
