This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the main contact for the sales team while they are in the field, ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and management of escalations.
• Assess incoming leads, inquiries, and internal requests for traveling representatives, directing them to the suitable individual or addressing them directly as necessary.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the team's CRM, reviewing pipeline entries, highlighting outdated records, and guaranteeing data accuracy in Hubspot and other technology tools.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to communicate field insights and ensure alignment among all parties.
• Engage in daily or weekly stand-up meetings with representatives to maintain tight communication and address obstacles in real-time.
• Identify overdue invoices in partnership with the Finance team and liaise with clients to facilitate payment and resolution.
• Manage and uphold the master travel calendar for the entire sales organization, which includes BDRs, AEs, and Sales Leadership.
• Organize all sales-related travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and conference registrations, in coordination with the Marketing team and in accordance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, overlapping coverage gaps, or blackout periods, and collaborate with managers to resolve them.
• Create and share weekly travel summaries and itineraries with all relevant stakeholders in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure adherence to travel expenditure policies.
• Maintain and revise internal playbooks, talk tracks, and enablement materials.
• Promote a unified team culture across a distributed, travel-intensive workforce through consistent communication and recognition.
• Over 6 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or leadership roles in BDR/SDR.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating logistics or travel for a team or organization.
• Strong expertise with CRM platforms (preferably Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong).
• Background in finance tools (like QuickBooks or Maxio) and/or experience in collections.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
