Sales Director – Texas Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**

• Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities within the Workers' Compensation IME sector.

• Build and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders, such as insurance companies, attorneys, third-party administrators, and healthcare professionals.

• Perform market research to pinpoint potential clients and comprehend their needs.

• Design and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to meet client specifications.

• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to meet or surpass sales goals.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client service.

• Keep current with industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory updates.

• Participate in industry conferences, networking occasions, and trade exhibitions to represent Dane Street and cultivate a robust professional network.

• Additional duties and special projects as assigned, based on business requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• **EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS:**

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• **RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE:**

• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment is preferred.

• **SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:**

• Demonstrated success in sales, especially within the Workers' Compensation and IME sectors.

• Extensive experience in the industry with a thorough understanding of Workers' Compensation processes and IME services.

• Familiarity with the Counter Affidavit market is preferred.

• Established connections with stakeholders in the workers' compensation sector, auto industry, and legal firms.

• Knowledge of the Texas Legal Landscape is advantageous.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working autonomously.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
