This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership and enhance the performance of key department store accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Foster senior-level relationships with essential customers.
• Define and adapt the business model for the department store channel.
• Track customer, consumer, and market trends.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies.
• Cultivate a strong sales culture by mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
• Promote a high-performance mindset that drives innovation and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding complex wholesale or retail partnerships.
• In-depth understanding of the department store business model.
• Experience working in both brick-and-mortar and digital environments.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Proven capability to operate within a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional partners.
