Sales Director – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Research, network, and conduct cold calls to identify and target potential customers.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders among our largest clients.

• Lead negotiations with both current and prospective clients, addressing objections and successfully closing deals.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Create customized sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of our enterprise customers.

• Collaborate closely with our broader GTM team, as well as product, technical, and operations teams to deliver our industry-leading product.

• Contribute to defining our sales process; your efforts will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and success of our GTM function.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in an enterprise sales role that involves customer interaction and closing large accounts.

• Proven experience managing a $1M+ quota and executing complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals from start to finish.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on data.

• Demonstrated success in identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

• Familiarity with the AI landscape, including key players and emerging trends (a plus).

• Experience in building sales teams and developing sales strategies from the ground up or during early-stage growth (a plus).
