Sales Director – North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop new business prospects throughout North America.

• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract finalization.

• Establish connections with CIOs, CTOs, Vice Presidents of Engineering, Procurement Heads, and Business Executives.

• Market Custom Software Development, IT Staff Augmentation, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation services.

• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, emails, networking, referrals, and partner channels.

• Create proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.

• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop effective solutions.

• Ensure a robust sales pipeline and maintain precise sales forecasts.

• Represent Shuru at conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Services sales.

• Demonstrated success in selling within the US and Canadian markets.

• Background in selling offshore software development or staff augmentation services.

• Strong grasp of enterprise sales and consultative selling techniques.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.

• Willingness to work during US business hours to support North American clients and prospects.

• Self-driven with a strong hunting mentality.

• Preferred existing network of North American technology decision-makers.

• Experience with Fortune 1000 or Mid-Market companies.

• Knowledge of AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Digital Transformation.
