This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Identify and engage NHS organizations, including Trusts, ICBs, Cancer Alliances, and national bodies through proactive cold outreach to create new opportunities.
β’ Cultivate strategic relationships at the executive level by establishing strong connections with C-level NHS stakeholders and Transformation/Programme Directors.
β’ Advance early-stage engagements by converting already engaged leads into a qualified pipeline through effective warm outreach.
β’ Take full ownership of end-to-end sales processes, managing everything from initial engagement to contract signing.
β’ Establish a market presence by building credibility within the NHS ecosystem through networking, events, and referrals, positioning Digital Workforce as the premier automation and AI partner for the NHS.
β’ Generate and maintain a high-quality pipeline that aligns with growth targets.
β’ At least 3β5 years of experience selling to the NHS (preferably 5+), with a demonstrated history of closing new logo sales.
β’ Proven ability to independently build a pipeline and finalize complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
β’ In-depth understanding of Trust structures, ICBs, and the NHS funding and priority landscape.
β’ A robust existing network within NHS Trusts, ICBs, and NHS Bodies.
β’ Experience in automation, AI, digital transformation, enterprise SaaS, or consulting services is highly regarded.
β’ Strong commercial acumen, negotiation abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Demonstrated autonomy, discipline, and ownership in managing sales cycles.
