Sales Director, NAMER

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the acquisition of new enterprise clients within a designated U.S. region.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to finalized contracts for new enterprise clients.

• Engage with cold accounts through proactive outbound initiatives.

• Conduct tailored discovery sessions and design ROI-focused solutions for senior HR and IT decision-makers.

• Showcase Degreed’s platform in a manner that aligns with the challenges faced by executives.

• Navigate intricate deal cycles that involve procurement, compliance, security, and legal considerations.

• Create and implement a quarterly territory strategy with defined KPIs and revenue targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.

• Capability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from discovery through to closing.

• Proficient in developing persuasive business cases that appeal to executive-level buyers.

• Demonstrated success in generating a pipeline from scratch in new or underutilized markets.

• Ability to influence customer perspectives and foster consensus among various stakeholder groups.

• Expertise in account segmentation, pipeline management, and quarterly strategic planning.

• Familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce).

• Excellent executive communication skills.
