This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at the Government/Public Sector in KSA to boost revenue growth and enhance market presence.
• Take ownership of and consistently meet annual sales objectives through proactive business development and effective account management.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers in ministries, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify, nurture, and finalize new business opportunities within the public sector, focusing on large-scale and high-value contracts.
• Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and high-level discussions to showcase the value proposition of SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain a solid sales pipeline, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting utilizing CRM tools.
• Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to guarantee successful deal closure and client onboarding.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to spot growth opportunities.
• Develop and utilize partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and local partners to expand market reach.
• Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written) – mandatory
• Currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• A minimum of 8+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred)
• Proven experience in selling to KSA Government entities (HEALTH CLUSTERS, COMMISSIONS, COUNCILS, DEVELOPMENT FUNDS AND BANKS, DIRECTORATES, MUNICIPALITIES, PROGRAMS)
• Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals (minimum SAR 500K+)
• Strong knowledge of government procurement, tenders, and vendor registration procedures in KSA
• At least 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong emphasis on the Government/Public Sector in KSA
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Extensive experience in enterprise solution selling to government bodies, large corporations, or regulated industries
• Established connections within Saudi government organizations are highly desirable
• Experience in managing extensive deal cycles and strategic accounts
• Strong understanding of SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
