This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, qualify, and secure partnerships with independent optical practices, opticians, and small optical retail groups throughout the US.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently achieving and surpassing targets for new logos.
• Manage the complete sales process: including outreach, discovery, product demonstrations, pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless installation and launch for every new client.
• Represent Eyebot at trade shows and industry events to foster relationships and stimulate demand.
• Provide field insights back to the organization to influence product development, pricing strategies, and commercial direction.
• Over 7 years of B2B sales experience, showcasing a strong and measurable background in new business development (hunting), rather than solely account management.
• Experience in the optical industry is essential. You possess knowledge of how independent optical practices and small retailers function, what their priorities are, and their purchasing processes.
• A proven history of independently generating a sales pipeline and successfully closing new accounts against established quotas.
• Confidence in managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to final closing.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required across the United States.
