This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Promote outcome-based consulting services tailored for Healthcare organizations, emphasizing the implementation, optimization, support, or expansion of their HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP platforms.
• Take ownership of and execute account strategies within Healthcare, targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market hospitals, health systems, and long-term care providers.
• Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles that involve collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Executive teams.
• Perform in-depth discovery to uncover Healthcare-specific workforce challenges such as staffing shortages and retention, shift-based scheduling and overtime pressures, union and non-union labor environments, credentialing, compliance, and multi-state regulations.
• Convert operational complexities into a clear, quantified value proposition linked to financial performance, workforce stability, and continuity of patient care.
• Collaborate closely with Mosaic delivery leaders to develop solution scopes, phased roadmaps, business cases, and long-term transformation strategies.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion post-implementation in areas such as optimization, managed services, and change management.
• Ensure disciplined opportunity management, maintain forecasting accuracy, and uphold pipeline hygiene within CRM.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in consultative sales, enterprise solution selling, or professional services sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience selling to Healthcare sectors (Hospitals, Acute, Post-Acute, Long-Term Care).
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with engagement at the executive level.
• Experience in selling consulting services (implementation, optimization, managed services) related to HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP solutions.
• Capability to articulate Healthcare-specific value concerning compliance, labor efficiency, workforce sustainability, and operational risk.
• Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self-directed with the ability to oversee long sales cycles and manage multiple enterprise pursuits.
• Comfortable working fully remotely, with travel as needed for client and partner engagements.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
